Capable of higher accuracy and increased stability than thermocouple wafers, Thermo Electric’s new RTD instrumented wafers provide additional options for monitoring of semiconductor fabrication equipment.
The ability of the RTD sensors to maintain initial accuracy over an extended period of time provides repeatability in temperature measurements.
Customer specified RTD locations, lead wire length and feedthru length allow for a fully customizable design.
